EDWARD SLADE
Remembered with honour Haifa War Cemetery: Row B, Grave 34.
He enlisted in Hertford; was entitled to the Victory, British War and 1914-15 Star medals, his qualifying date being 17 November 1915, and died in Palestine. Unfortunately, Edward’s Service Record appears to be one that did not survive the World War Two bombing.
Son of Edward SLADE.
Edward was born in Watford.
