early life in watford

iI lived in Copsewood Rd in the 1950/60 attended callowland school and leggets wa y school
On leaving school 1 worked in the railway offices in St Albans Rd bridge.
Many happy memories of playing in callowland park and working at redrups the butchers.
another place we had good times was the Railway Mission opposite leavesden road bus garage.
We also started supporting Watford fc in the 1950’s .martin
